Regarding your personal data processed or to be processed by (“Data Controller”); Information on the environment and conditions in which the said data processing activity is carried out and the rights and obligations of both you and the Data Controller are given below.

Employer; Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system has the title of data controller and has responsibilities under the law.

This Personal Data Retention and Disposal Policy (“Policy”) has been prepared in order to determine the procedures and principles regarding the operations and transactions regarding the storage and destruction activities carried out by the “Data Controller” (“Assoc. Dr. Çiğdem YAYLA ABIDE”).

It is regulated that the personal data owners (“Data Owner”) defined as the data subject in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) can use the rights granted with regard to their personal data in Article 11 of the Law and that they must apply to the Data Controller in order to exercise these rights. .
